Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery was established in 2014 with a digital mindset. We started to strengthen our online channel by developing a website purchasing service, making us one of the digital pioneers in the Indonesian F&B industry at that time.
Our Milestones
Our journey at Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery has been filled with milestones. From our first day of launch to becoming one of Jakarta's premium bakeries, we are proud of the journey we have been on. Together with you, we have created beautiful moments through our exquisite cakes.
2014
Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery came into existence, as a rebranding of La Madeleine Patisserie. With an online sales system and dedicated customer service and in-house courier fleet, we introduced annsbakehouse.com, "One-Click Away Service," providing seamless shopping convenience for our customers and corporate clients.
2015-2017
In 2015 we took our first steps into the offline world through prestigious events in Jakarta. Until 2017, we got closer to the community by opening our first retail store at Jalan Sungai Sambas, Kebayoran Baru.
2018
Ann's Media & Client Networking Day, as the first open-house day for guests to see their chosen creations being processed from scratch to ready to enjoy.
2019-2020
Launch of the first healthy creations, Super Nemesis (gluten-free) and Super Banana (vegan), as well as the introduction of a new healthy product, Super Carrot (keto cake), and expansion of the central kitchen in 2020
2021
Nominated for Best Culinary Brand 2021 and received the Best Selling Merchant category award at Jakarta Dessert Week 2021.
2022
The opening of Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery's second store and the launch of Ann's Super Creations as a collection of healthy creations designed to cater to specific dietary preferences.
2023
The launch of Ann's Custom Creations and the opening of Ann's new store in Bintaro.
